Page Description
It contains your events. These are events in the trainings where you
are a training administrator.
Columns "Start Date", "End Date", "Format Type" are hidden by default.
Add
If you click the Add button, the Add Event page will
open. Fields "Training", "Format Type", "Region" cannot be changed.
Edit
Edit is the link to the edit page of the event. Canceled () and Finished () events cannot be altered.
Copy
Allows you to create a
new event using the existing one as a template. You will be redirected to the Add Event page.
The Open Registration box will
be deselected. Please check whether the dates and time are correct. The link
is not displayed for special events for
credit transfer and events associated with archived trainings.
ID
The ID of the training.
Training
The name of the training + a link
to the edit page of the training. Once the event is created, it cannot be associated with
another training.
Format Type
The event
format (On‑Site or Online). Once the
event is created, its format type cannot be changed. By
default the column is hidden.
Start Date
The date type field with the start date of the
event:
- The start date of the first day of the event (for standard on‑site events and online events)
- The start date of the period when the training is
planned to be held (for special events
for pre‑enrollment)
- <No value> (for special events for credit transfer)

End Date
The date type field with the end date of the
event:
- The end date of the last day of the event (for standard on‑site events and online events)
- The end date of the period when the training is
planned to be held (for special events
for pre‑enrollment)
- <No
value> (for special events for credit
transfer)
By
default the column is hidden.
Dates
The text field with the following information:
- Specific date or range of dates (for standard on‑site events and
online events)
- The name of the period (for special events for pre‑enrollment)
- The
inscription, for example "credit transfer" (for special events for
credit transfer)
Status
Possible statuses of an event:
Registration Opened (users are
allowed to submit requests)
Registration Closed (users are not
allowed to submit requests)
Finished (the event is
finished; so users are not allowed to submit requests)
Canceled (the event is
canceled; so users are not allowed to submit requests)
By
default, Finished and Canceled events are hidden. To display
them, clear the header of the Status column and click outside it.
Number of seats

Free seats
The number of
seats available on the event at present: the Capacity of the event minus the number of approved requests. If there
are no free seats, registration will close automatically.
Auto-Approve
Displays whether automatic approval is enabled.
Requests
If you click the Manage link, the Manage Event Enrollment page will
open.
Grade
If you click the Grade link, the Event Grading page will
open.
Delete
You can Delete () an event in one of the following situations:
- No requests were submitted for the event
- Requests were submitted and then registered for other
events
- Requests for
the event were submitted, and ShareKnowledge allows changing the course
publishing status to "Archived"
(typically, to be able to change the publishing status to "Archived", you may simply "Cancel" the event). Then you should delete
the course(s)
Cancel
The Cancel icon is intended for cancelling events which will not be held.
The status of approved requests will change to Canceled and the status of other requests will change to the Rejected status. This action is available if there are no graded employees for this event.
Finish
The Finish icon will appear in the column, if all the requests are
processed and all the users whose requests were approved are marked absent or
present. The Finish icon is intended for completing
events which have already been held.
